A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant removed the security text attached to the clothes by using nifers and bags, thereby cutting down the clothes.

1. On May 12, 2014, around 12:57, the Defendant: (a) entered the clothing store on the fourth floor of “I” managed by the victim H of the victim H in G, with clothes and clothes, and removed the security text from the spanty 1,000 won in total of the market price, and stolen the two panty panty typ in total equivalent to KRW 59,000, out of the spanty 1, half 1, half 1, and women’s use.

2. At around 11:55 on May 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the clothing store on the fourth floor of the “I”; (b) removed the security text by using a niferer prepared in advance; (c) removed it; and (d) stolen spanty 1,000 won in total; and (d) stolen 2 spanty panty typ in total equivalent to 49,000 won in the market price.

3. On June 3, 2014, around 12:07, the Defendant: (a) entered the clothing store of the fourth floor of the above “I”; (b) removed the security text from the niferer and the upper part of the body that had been prepared in advance; (c) and (d) cut away the female clothing of KRW 287,530 and 8 of the market price.
