A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant did not receive insurance benefits by fraud or other improper means in violation of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, the Defendant received insurance benefits from 59,293,480 won on the same date and at the same place as the above paragraph (1) by falsely reporting disaster circumstances as in the foregoing paragraph (1).
