Reasons
1. On October 29, 2015, the summary of the facts charged reveals that the Defendant: (a) received a telephone call from a “F to the effect that “F will receive a loan in cash; (b)” the Defendant would withdraw cash as required by the said “F”; (c) sent cash to the Defendant’s G bank account in the name of the Defendant and H account in cash, and sent it by facsimile; and (d) sent cash to the Defendant by copying the front side of the bank account and H account in the name of the Defendant to receive and withdraw cash; and (c) received a withdrawal of cash from the said “F” to the effect that, in the event that the Defendant withdraws money from the bank counter, and collects more than KRW 20 million from the bank, the Defendant received a withdrawal of cash return from the bank to the effect that “the Defendant would deposit money from the bank at least KRW 2,000,000,000,000, in consideration of the reasons for withdrawal.”
