Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2013, at around 11:30, the Defendant driven a car with B tax volume of about 150 meters on the front of the Sinjin-dong located in the Sinjin-si, Sinjin-si, in the state of alcohol of about 0.184% of alcohol content.
