On May 26, 2016, at around 04:02, the Defendant driven approximately 50 meters of alcohol level at around 0.208% during blood while under the influence of alcohol level at around 0.208%, from the Do near the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the outer elementary school of the same Dong-si, Kim Jong-si.
