Criminal facts

In addition, the facts leading to the attachment order [criminal facts] Defendant and the person subject to a request for the attachment order (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) committed the following crimes under the state that the person lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a tide.

Around 15:18 on May 6, 2020, the Defendant attempted to murder the victim by putting the kitchen knife (30cm in total length, 18cm in length) located in the kitchen-gu B public notice room located in the kitchen-gu Manyang-si, Manyang-si, Manyang-si, and sending the kitchen knife inside the public notice board. At around 15:45 on May 6, 2020, the Defendant suffered injury from the victim F (n, 47 years of age) who, without any reason, went back to the victim F (n, n, n, n, n, e) in front of the members of the E division located in the Manan-gu Mang-si, Manyang-si, the Defendant got off the victim's chest part of the victim for about one week treatment.
