Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant shall have access to a structure and obscene performance;

A. C. From July 5, 2020: (a) around 20:00 on July 5, 2020, the victim K parked without correcting it in the front parking lot of the LNA at the Jeju city between the following day; (b) was stolen with cash of KRW 800,000 within the wallets kept in the YNAS car.
