Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc.

Around 20:00 on January 4, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs from D, at the house of the D located in Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City C heading 201, and received them without compensation.

B. Around January 4, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on January 4, 2015, injected opphones into a single-use injection machine after dilution of approximately 0.05g opphones at one’s home located in Nam-gu E and 3 floors, Nam-gu, and inserting them into a single-use injection machine.

C. Around January 5, 2015, the Defendant, at his home, injected approximately 0.05g of phiphonephones into a single-use injection machine by dilution them with aquatic products at around 21:00 on January 5, 2015, and administered them. D.

On January 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:00 on January 6, 2015, injected 0.01g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine by dilution of bio-phones at the above one’s home, and injected them into the arms.

2. On January 7, 2015, the Defendant was leased from the Victim F and used as a residence with her former wife G and his/her wife H as well as her wife G on the premise that he/she want to kill himself/herself from his/her dwelling room. On the other hand, the Defendant continued to put fire into a small room by putting him/her on a brupt, which was in his/her dwelling room, and continued to spread to the entire fluor of the fluor by putting him/her on a brush, which was in his/her dwelling room and an inner room.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the third floor of the above building owned by the victim F used as a residence by G et al. by making the repair cost of KRW 43,415,000.

On February 2, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.07 to 0.1g of psychotropic drugs from K at the Jnindo located in Ulsan-dong I, Ulsan-gu, and received them.
