1. The Defendants shall not interfere with the collection by the Plaintiff of corporeal movables listed in the separate sheet No. 1.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s installation, etc. of the instant corporeal movables is used for the purpose of temporary temporary installation, materials transport, the passage and operation of the workers, etc., which is installed to work at a high place in the construction site in the name of “F.” On May 4, 2010, the Plaintiff, who operated a business, such as installation work, used the trade name of “former Bankruptcy of the Stock Company,” and changed the trade name as “stock company,” which was used as of May 23, 201, into “SP,” and was changed to “SP.,”
(A) a building newly built from the annexed Form 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “new building of this case”).

(2) At around May 2010, the Plaintiff, using corporeal movables listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant corporeal movables”) in accordance with the instant contract, installed a guard in the building being newly built, and installed fences around the said building.
3. Since then on April 10, 201, the Plaintiff agreed to change the contract amount of the instant contract from 270,000,000 to 672,10,000 won between the Sungsan Korea Co., Ltd. on April 10, 201, on the grounds that the construction period of the instant newly constructed building was delayed, etc.
B. Sungwon Co., Ltd., Ltd., the ownership-related building of the newly constructed building of this case, completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 10, 2009 on the ground of sale by voluntary auction on June 10, 2009, under the Changwon District Court No. 38214, Jun. 10, 2009. The construction of Songwon Integrated Construction Co., Ltd., on August 9, 2010, completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt of No. 61310, Oct. 1, 2010 on the ground of the purchase of the said building from Sungsan Construction Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2010. The Defendants received the registration of ownership transfer on December 21, 2012 due to the sale by voluntary auction on December 21, 2012.
