When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2014, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven the B cruise car with a blood alcohol level of 0.143%, and went back to the front of the Daejeon Pungdong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, by driving the B cruise car at a distance of about 1 km from the front of the Daejeon Pungdong cosmetics.
