A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2013, around 01:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim under driving by getting the victim to knife his own vehicle with his hand and return the vehicle to the right by getting the victim to knife the vehicle, while driving in front of the “D” restaurant located in Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City C (55 years old).
