Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a NAR 124CC occin, which did not purchase a mandatory motor vehicle insurance policy, a section of approximately 300 meters up to the day front of the D cafeteria located in the Dolsan-Eup, Ulsan Metropolitan City, in the direction of the BHC occin in Ulsan Metropolitan City; and (b) the Defendant driven a NAR 124CC occin.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place set forth in the above 1.1., driven a part of approximately 300 meters, without a motor device license, on the part of the Defendant, without a license for a bicycle.

3. The Defendant of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving on the part of the sea as set forth in the above 1.

At the night of the day referred to in the above 1. paragraph, the defendant got to the direction of the mountain box, which was located in the jurisdiction of the office of the Si/Eup/Myeon, where the roads in front of the D cafeteria located in Ulsan-gun C, Ulsan-do.

In such a case, the driver of any motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the motor vehicle, and shall not drive the motor vehicle at such speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the road traffic situation and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and shall not drive the motor vehicle at such a speed or in such a manner as to cause any danger and injury to others, and shall damage the latter part of the motor vehicle of the victim E Furina vehicle (presumed 579,040 won) and the latter part of the victim GH (presumed 528,746 won) to the end of the motor vehicle.
