Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall operate an entertainment tavern under the trade name of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City K, and the owner or employee of a business establishment banned from allowing access by and employing juveniles shall verify the age of visitors and shall prohibit juveniles from entering or using the business establishment in question;

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant is a person who operates a news report room with a mutual name called “S” that provides entertainment loan to the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City singing and entertainment bars.

The Defendant, without registering fee-charging job placement services with the competent authority from March 201 to March 2012, without registering fee-charging job placement services, recruited female entertainment loans through job placement advertisements such as the Internet, and introduced them to the entertainment drinking clubs, etc. in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City U.S., including the Nam-gu Tesc clubs, into a string, and received KRW 10,000 per hour from the above entertainment loans, and conducted fee-charging job placement services.
