1. Regarding the insured events listed in the attached Form 1, the plaintiff against the defendant based on the insurance contract listed in the attached Form 2.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 18, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant on January 18, 2007, stating that the insured and the beneficiary were the Defendant, and that the period of the insurance was from January 18, 2007 to January 18, 2038 when the insured was hospitalized by cancer, etc., and that the Plaintiff would pay cancer hospitalization daily allowances to the beneficiary (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

The contents of the instant insurance contract relating to the instant case among the “C Special Terms and Conditions for Cancer Hospitalization” are as follows.

(Compensation for Loss) (1) Where an insured person described in the insurance policy is diagnosed and confirmed as cancer, thothum cancer, fladity, and other skin cancer after the date of commencement of guarantee during the insurance period of this special terms and conditions stated in the insurance policy, and has been hospitalized for at least four consecutive days for direct purposes of the treatment, the company shall pay compensation in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract;

(2) For the first day of coverage, the first day of coverage shall be 4 p.m.

However, the starting date of coverage for cancer (except for the upper, bordering, and other skin cancer) is the following day after the expiration of 90 days including the date of the insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as “the date of commencement of coverage”).

(Definition and Place of Hospitalization) The term “hospitalize” in this special terms and conditions refers to: (a) as it deems necessary to provide cancer treatment by a doctor, dentist, or a person qualified as an oriental medical doctor (hereinafter referred to as “doctor”) of a hospital or clinic (including herb hospital or oriental medical doctor; hereinafter the same shall apply), etc.; (b) as it is difficult to provide cancer treatment at his own house, etc.; and (c) as it is deemed to have difficulty in providing cancer treatment, it is administered by a hospital, clinic, or medical institution deemed to be equivalent to the hospital and clinic

6. (Daily Hospitalization)The insured is diagnosed and confirmed after the date of commencement of security as cancer, stopopic cancer, stopopic stopopic stopopic, and other skin cancer.
