A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

No person shall take photographs of another person's body against his/her will, using a camera or other similar mechanism, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

1. On September 4, 2015, at around 14:51, the Defendant: (a) recorded the elevator in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Samsung Hospital and the pentccoin possessed by the corridor located in the elevator in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Samsung Hospital and the corridor in the household, in a way that the Defendant downloads the pentccoin in the name of the unclaimed female who suffered the pentccoin in the household and takes the pentccoin of six unclaimed female, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

2. The Defendant, at around 17:11 on the same day, taken a photograph of the body of four infinite women suffering damage, who purchased goods in Mart, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1, in the same manner as described in paragraph 1, in the “C Mart” located in Ansan-si Group B, Ansan-si.
