Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person engaging in driving a FMW X5 car.

On November 30, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 18:00, and continued to turn to the left at an insurous speed at the above-lane from the Hongcheon-gun G, Hongcheon-gun, by driving the said car at around 18:00.

At this point, since it is near a distance intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving service in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left without neglecting the signal while driving on the left by neglecting the signal, and by failing to comply with the signal of the above-mentioned intersection, and was driven by the victim B (V, 49 years old) who was driving on the two parallel to Hongcheon-do, the front part of the I Abea car driven by the Defendant was driven by the front part prior to the left part of the above X5 car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the injury to the above B, such as the pressure table of 12 weeks, and the injury to the victim J (15 years old) of the same passenger, the injury to the 12-day pressure table, etc. requiring approximately 12-day medical treatment, and the injury to the victim K (39 years old), who was the fluor for the above X5 riding, for approximately 6-day medical treatment to the victim K (the fluor, the fluor), for which approximately 2-day medical treatment is required, and the injury to the fluor of the fluoral base requiring approximately 5-day medical treatment to the same passenger L (5 years old).

2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in I B.

On November 30, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 18:00, and led to the flow of the three-lanes in front of the H cafeteria G in Hongcheon-gun of the Gangwon-gu along the two-lanes from the two parallels to the Hongcheon-gun.

It is the vicinity of a distance intersection where signal lights are installed, so the person engaged in driving service shall be safe in accordance with the signals.
