Punishment of the crime

On October 9, 2014, around 09:30 on October 9, 2014, the Defendant driven approximately 6km section from the front side of Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul to the roads of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Sucheon-gu, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.154%.
