When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven B food cars while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.209% of blood alcohol concentration on the road in front of a small-scale neighborhood park located in 206 in the 206-ro, a emulculation city, and driven B food cars at a speed of about 40km from the intersection of KT T Tri-distance to the private distance of post offices at a speed of 40km.

At night, there was an intersection where signal lights were installed at the front door, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to safely operate the brakes by accurately manipulating the brakes while living well in the front door.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in failing to properly operate the brakes under the influence of alcohol while neglecting this, and received the part of the lower part of the D taxi that was driven by the victim C (ma, 61 years old) who was in the atmosphere of the signal at the front.

As a result, the Defendant driven the said food car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim C, such as light clocks, clocks, tensions, etc. for about two weeks, and the victim E (Nam, 19 years old), who is the passenger of the said taxi, suffered from the injury of light clocks, tensions, etc. for about two weeks.

Around 00:00 on October 02, 2019, the Defendant driven a B food car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.209% from the section of about 3.6 km to the front road of the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu Nowon-gu, 00:20 on the same day from the road in front of the G Seocheon-gu G Seocheon-gu G-gu, G Seocheon-gu, G to the road in front of the Nowon-gu Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, 200:20 on the same day.
