Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 30, 2008, at around 01:50 on June 30, 2008, the Defendant driven approximately 10 km from the front side of the Dong-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul to the front side of the apartment site where 1878 km-dong, Sinri-si, Sinri-si, Sinri-dong, while under the influence of alcohol 0.079%.
