A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C(Wu, 16 years of age)'s shesheshes.

1. On February 2, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant discovered the victim who was locked at the rooftop room, such as the victim in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu D, and caused the Defendant to commit an indecent act by force by inserting her hand into the clothes in which the victim suffered.

2. Around 03:00 on March 24, 2013, the Defendant discovered a victim who was living in the same place as the above paragraph, and took them back to the next place, and committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim as to whether the victim was suffering.

In this respect, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victims of de facto kinship twice.

Where the conviction of the instant criminal facts is finalized, the Defendant who registered personal information under Article 4 of the Addenda to the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Act No. 11572, Dec. 18, 2012), Article 21(2) main text of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse falls under a person subject to registration of personal information under Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Act No. 11572, Dec. 18, 2012); Article 5(1) of the Addenda to the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;
