The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The gist of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is that the punishment imposed by the court below (4 months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, but the defendant has a history of having been punished several times for the same crime, as well as that of the defendant to commit the crime of this case during the repeated crime period. In full view of the various circumstances, which are the conditions for sentencing in this case, such as the punishment imposed by the court below is too unreasonable, and the above argument by the defendant is without merit.

Accordingly, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
