A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 6, 2013, at around 22:59, the Defendant driven the C Twit-ro, and proceeded 5 lanes in front of the Gacheon-dong 613-1, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, in a two-lane speed from the side of the Seoul National University, about 40km each other at a speed of 40km.
At the time, there was a signal at night, and there was a signal at a front door, so the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the signals such as the above signal, while accurately operating the brake and steering gear.
