1. The defendant shall pay 68,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff lent a total of KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant respectively from around 2001 to around 2004.

The defendant agreed to pay 46,00,000 won to the above money by May 31, 2006, and the plaintiff and the defendant made an authentic deed of promissory note No. 285 on March 2, 2006 at the Chuncheon Joint Law Office.

B. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 10,00,000 to the Defendant on November 29, 2013, and KRW 4,000,000 on December 4, 2013, and KRW 10,000,000 on December 11, 2013, and KRW 5,000,000 on December 31, 2013, and KRW 2,000,00 on February 12, 2014.
