A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On September 15, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.19% of blood alcohol level around 14:18, and driven the said car along the two-lane road in front of the D Pharmacy in Suwon-si C in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, along two-lanes from the west-distance distance.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as climatic and climatic salt, which requires a two-day medical treatment for about two weeks; the Defendant suffered injury to the victim I (the 56 years old), who was a passenger of the said QM5 car, such as climatic salt, tensions, etc. in need of a two-day medical treatment; and the Defendant suffered injury to the victim J (the 31 year old), who was the same passenger, for approximately two weeks of treatment.
