Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 3 years of suspended execution for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 15, 2018.

The Defendant is the actual manager of the Company B.
