1. The plaintiffs' appeal and the preliminary claims added by this court are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The net AD’s land assessment network was 321 square meters before AE (hereinafter “former AE land”) (hereinafter “former AE”) in Suwon-gun AP (hereinafter “UE”) in 191, where the change was made in the name of the administrative district, regardless of whether the change was made before or after the change in the name of the administrative district, and the change was finally made in the changed name and referred to as “AR Dong” (hereinafter “former AE land”).

C. The merger of the AF land and the registration relationship between the network AF and the K, 1) Korea is divided from the Gu AE land to the AF 69 square meters (hereinafter “former AF land”).

On October 4, 1957, the registration of initial ownership in the name was completed on October 4, 1957. Nonparty AU completed the repayment of the former AF land on September 13, 1957, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the said land in its name on December 27, 1957, and on April 5, 1958, the network AF purchased the said land on April 5, 1958 and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name on April 12, 195. On the other hand, on June 15, 1962, the Dong K purchased 29 square meters of adjacent land of the AJ on June 15, 1962.

7.5. He shall complete the registration of ownership transfer in his name.

Since then, two lands were merged after land category change, AJ 69 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the "Gu AJ land").
