A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On the other hand, on June 20, 2019, the above-mentioned person misrepresents himself to the victim N by telephone, and falsely expresses to the effect that "I will loan 50 million won at a low interest rate of 2.5% per annum when repayment of existing loans is made."
