1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death, etc.) is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with 18 tons of E.

As such, the Defendant, as a representative director, prepared a work plan, including measures to prevent risks arising from the relevant work, the route of operation for the owner's vehicle, and the working method, and prepared the work plan in accordance with that plan.
