1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The Plaintiff’s claim for loans against the Defendant of Han Bank, Han Bank, Inc., Ltd., was transferred in sequence to Lulsa Co., Ltd., Ltd., Lulsa Co., Ltd., Ltd., and the Defendant was finally notified of each transfer on October 10, 2013. As of June 18, 2014, the balance of the loans (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 2,182,560 (=1,390,724) is a total of KRW 2,182,560 (i.e., the principal interest interest of KRW 791,836). Since the Future Savings Bank, Inc. was appointed as bankruptcy trustee on April 30, 2013, the Defendant is obligated to pay the amount as stated in the purport of the claim to the Plaintiff

B. The reasoning of the judgment reveals that the above loan claims were transferred from the lending corporation to the Defendant and the fact of transfer was not sufficient to recognize that the above loan claims were transferred from the lending corporation, and there is no other evidence to support this. Thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion premised on this premise is without merit without further review.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
