A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent off 106 c apartment buildings of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) taken off the letters sent by the victim D to E who is the owner of the household No. 106 Dong 108, the above apartment buildings; and (c) opened the sealed part and confirmed the contents thereof.

Accordingly, the Defendant opened sealed letters.
