When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On November 17, 2018, at around 02:13, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.183% of alcohol concentration 0.183%, and was under the influence of the Defendant from the city of Busan to the front of the white tunnel charges in the city of Busan, the Busan to the city of 3km.
