Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 2016, the selector requested the Plaintiff, who operates the real estate brokerage office, to mediate the commercial lease for the reading room business, under the trade name of the “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office”.

B. On March 18, 2016, the Plaintiff introduced the entire 4,5 stories among the land buildings in Yeongdeungpo-gu E (hereinafter “instant real estate”). On the same day, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Plaintiff F and the Appointor for KRW 80,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,900,000, and the lease period of April 30, 2016 (hereinafter “the instant primary lease agreement”).

C. Article 8 of the first lease agreement of this case states, “The brokerage remuneration shall be paid by both parties to the contract at the same time as this contract is concluded, and the brokerage remuneration shall be paid even after this contract is invalidated, cancelled, or terminated without the intention or negligence of the practicing licensed real estate agent.” In the middle real estate agent column, the Plaintiff signed and sealed his name.
