Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car.

1. On April 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (if any after-accidents), driving the above vehicle at around 19:00, and driving the front of the apartment house at the low-speed LG operator in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul, at the speed of one speed between five lanes in the direction of the Jung-gu Office in the direction of the Jung-gu, Jungwon-gu.
