Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From February 1, 2004, the Defendant is a person who has been entrusted by the Dong-gu Gwangju Metropolitan City to operate a "D Child Care Center" located in Gwangju Dong-gu C from February 1, 2004

No person who operates a child-care center shall receive child-care fees or other necessary expenses from persons who use the child-care center by fraud or other improper means.

Nevertheless, on July 22, 2009, the Defendant received more than KRW 635,80 from the users of the above childcare center in terms of the special activity expenses as teaching materials, and paid them to E as teaching materials business operators, and thereafter, the Defendant again received a return of the Defendant’s pro-Japanese Bank account (Account Number: G) from the Defendant-friendly job offering by September 3, 2013, and thereafter returned approximately KRW 23,861,80 in total over 41 times in the same manner as the attached crime list from September 3, 2013.

As a result, the Defendant received childcare fees and other necessary expenses from those who use the above childcare center by fraud or other improper means.
