A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of coos car in B.

1. On August 25, 2006, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 from the same court to a fine for the same crime as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), from the support of the source of the water source method, and the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

On February 21, 2016, from around 00:10 to around 00:40, the Defendant driven a coo car in B while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.063% from the 48km section of the blood alcohol level from the vicinity of the pharmacy of the Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the front day of the church of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant driven a coo car.

2. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, like the foregoing paragraph 1, while driving a motor vehicle in a drinking condition, and was found to have violated the signal at the 00:16 p.m. distance between the members of Ansan-si and the 4th T. P., Ansan-si, the Defendant began to escape without complying with the order of suspension, as it was discovered to the police box C, and one other, the police box of the Ansan-si Police Station C, which was during the patrol.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or threaten any other person or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing two or more acts from among the acts provided for in Article 46-3 of the Road Traffic Act or by continuing or repeating one act.

The Defendant, as above, escaped about about 48 km from the Dong of Ansan-si and Dong of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front of the Japanese church in the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and repeated traffic-related violations, such as 19 times the Central Line 19 times the signal violation and 14 times the rapid change of the lane, caused danger to traffic.

3. On February 21, 2016, Defendant 1 violated the Road Traffic Act (if the police officer failed to comply with the inspection as set forth in the above paragraph 1, the road is two-lanes in front of the front door of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Hyundai Market on February 21, 2016.
