Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Daegu District Court on March 15, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 23, 2013. Defendant A was sentenced to a four-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Daegu District Court on July 5, 2013 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 13, 2013. Defendant G was sentenced to a four-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery at the Daegu District Court on June 28, 2013 and became final and conclusive on July 6, 2013.

1. Defendant B (former L prior to the opening of name L) was found to have parked RP parking lots adjacent to “O amusement rooms” located in Daegu-gu N on December 6, 2012, around 23:51, Defendant B, along with E and M, in which the victim Q (year 47) who is the money changers was parked in the P parking lots adjacent to “O amusement rooms” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

E reported the network within the SDap car parked near, Defendant B destroyed the glass of the driver's seat of the car by the network, opened the driver's seat and opened it into the vehicle, and M escaped by stopping the crime on the wind of the vehicle operating while following the Twit line.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steal money and valuables from the victim in collaboration with the above E and M, but he attempted to commit it.

2. Defendant A and B had a special robbery on December 7, 2012, the Defendants: (a) boarded with the E and F going to a rocketing car that G L, and had the exchange business entity around the “O amusement room” located in Daegu-gu N; and (b) black the exchange business entity around the “O amusement room.”

At around 23:57 on the same day, G finds the victim T (24 years old) who has engaged in illegal money exchange operations in the above entertainment room, and G reports the network within the above rocketing car parked around the surrounding area, and Defendant A, Defendant B, and the above E, and F surrounding the victim D, Defendant A took the knife knife, which is a deadly weapon prepared in advance, into the victim’s side knife of the victim.
