Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Crimes of the Case No. 2011 Highest 243]
1. Defendant A and F’s criminal acts (from March 2010 to January 201, 201) committed with Defendant A and D, E, and F: (a) Defendant A and F opened an office on the 3rd floor of the building located in the Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu H; (b) gathered to employ employees of the game room; (c) operate a speculative game site and have the proceeds divided; and (d) from March 201 to January 201, Defendant D, along with D, posted a fee for cash exchange on the 1st floor of the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City “G restaurant,” a private electronic entertainment device, on the 1st floor; and (d) Defendant A and F sent the same to D, etc. on the 3rd floor of the above H game, which is an office’s office, with an instruction from March 201 to January 5, 201 to exchange the proceeds from the management and settlement of their employees’ profits; and (e) Defendant D’s cash exchange or exchange of the proceeds from the above 10th game.
Accordingly, Defendant A, F, D, and E were engaged in speculative activities in collusion.
2. Crimes committed by Defendant A, E, or F;
A. Defendant A and F, around the end of February 23, 2011, suspected of having an employee of the said D, etc. deducted the profit in the game room, and had the said D and the employees of the said D and the game room, and inflicted an injury on them while pursuing the said D and the employees of the said agency. On January 23, 2011, inasmuch as the said D and the K were likely to be under control by reporting to the investigation agency, they moved the said game room to the first floor under the J building J of the Daejeon Daejeon-gu Daejeon District Office from January 23, 2011 to February 23, 2011, and opened 110 games of the “sea open,” which are a speculative electronic recreation device, and ordered the said E to the third floor of the building located in the said H, which is the office, and the said E was above.
