Punishment of the crime

Around 15:40 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) while driving a new-frequency truck truck truck vehicle and driving two-lanes on the three-lane road, the Defendant: (b) stopped in the front line of the “E” zone located in Sinpo City D with a signal signal; (c) departing from the front line of the “E” zone with a signal signal to a speed of about 10km to the front side of the safe-side bank in accordance with the ongoing signal; (d) by negligence, the Defendant did not look at whether there is a pedestrian who walking around the crosswalk and the stop line without permission on the right side of the road between the above crosswalk and the stop line to the right side of the left side; and (e) caused the victim to die on September 39, 2014, after moving the road to the front side of the truck side of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle; and (e) caused the death of the victim by a multi-faceononon account of around 10, 2014.
