Defendant

B and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of three million won for each of them, and by a fine of one million won for each of them.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the president of the Gyeonggi Construction Machinery Branch E branch (hereinafter referred to as the “branch”) of the Korean Democratic Union Federation of Labor Unions, and Defendant B is the vice president of the branch, Defendant C is the members of the branch, Defendant A is the organizer of an assembly who reported the assembly of “H” in front of the G passenger terminal located in Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon from October 13, 2014 to November 8, 2014.

1. On September 12, 2014, Defendant B and Defendant C’s co-principaled Defendant C into the sea during the process of organizing the floor of the K-Removal Construction at the Jung-gu Incheon Joint Wholesale Market located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon. Defendant C’s intent was to conduct a demonstration that occupied the transmission tower located in the G passenger terminal, for the purpose of urging J and the prime contractor, who is the construction contractor, and receiving compensation for damages from J and L.

On October 14, 2014, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) entered the above terminal parking lot managed by the victim M while hiding the plan to punish the deaf in the transmission tower for several days from the G passenger terminal around 05:30 on October 14, 2014, and invaded the building occupied by the victim jointly.

B. From Oct. 14, 2014 to Oct. 18:25, 2014, Defendants interfering with the business were conspired to enter the G passenger terminal parking lot from Oct. 14, 2014 to Oct. 20, 2014, and the victim did not operate a normal G passenger terminal parking lot and maintain order by carrying out demonstration, by urging the crick to wear persons, and by using the vehicle for filing a complaint to receive compensation for damages, the transmission tower located at the transmission tower located in Incheon. The Defendants installed three banner points, stating that “the workers of construction machinery were killed due to the leaving of the crickdo accident.” The workers of construction machinery were also dead, and the transmission tower was installed by installing a loudspeaker, creating relief, and laying labor into a large stude.
