Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2015, at around 01:30, the Defendant took a bath to the following: (a) on January 15, 2015, the Defendant: (b) 01:30, the Defendant sent to the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the third floor corridor of the building C, and was under disturbance, such as saving the floor of the building; (c) and (d) sent to the Defendant upon receiving a report of 112; and (d) the slope, who was called to the Defendant, sent to the police box of the YY, YA, the Defendant sent to the Defendant at the time two times as a defective drinking, in order that the said E would cause the Defendant to scam.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reported duties.
