A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving in the amount of K3 cars.

1. On April 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving the said vehicle at a speed of about 20km from the border to the new village distance at a speed of about 3 kilometers in the speed of 20km.

In the vicinity of the intersection where signal is installed, there was a vehicle under stop due to the stop signal at the front side of the lane in which the Defendant is driving, so the person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to keep the safety distance from the vehicle under stop by accurately operating the steering and brake system, and to ensure the safety distance from the vehicle under stop.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so by negligence and led to the Defendant’s failure to stop in front of the above vehicle's vehicle's vehicle's vehicle's front part in front of the Defendant's vehicle's vehicle's front stop signal immediately before the Defendant's vehicle's vehicle's vehicle's front part. Accordingly, the vehicle's front part of the victim E (the 32-year-old vehicle's age)'s HST5 vehicle's HMF5 vehicle's vehicle's vehicle's vehicle's front part in front of the 39-year-old vehicle's vehicle's front part, which was stopped due to the above stop signal.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered from the injury of the victim E and the victim I (the 29-year-older), who is a driver of the above AW-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W
