Punishment of the crime

If the Defendant, in violation of the foregoing occupational duty, entered as if he/she sold verbals to the future in the inventory management system, ERP system, the inventory management system, still remains in the current quantity of the future sales volume. On November 25, 2013, he/she accessed the inventory management system, which is a stock management system, in the foregoing store around February 22, 202 in the future, and sells the verbals of 17,024,000 won in the market price around February 22, 202 in the future, he/she operated the computer to arbitrarily dispose of the verbals owned by the victim during his/her occupational storage, and used them individually. From that time to January 22, 2015, the Defendant arbitrarily disposed of 96,86,800 won in the market price, 528,000 won in total, and consumed them individually.

As a result, the defendant embezzled the victim's property in violation of his duties.

2. The Defendant was allowed to access the victim’s inventory management system, which is the victim’s inventory management system, to the ERP system, for the purpose of performing statistical work regarding the amount of stocks within the victim’s stores, in the course of embezzlement of the victim’s oral statements as described in paragraph 1, such as electronic records, etc. from November 25, 2013 to October 23, 2014.
