1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (i) On April 29, 1969, F, G, H, I, and J completed the registration of initial ownership on each portion of the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”).

Luxembourg completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 13, 1994 for some sale on September 12, 1994 with respect to the portion of 900/4060 of the instant land.

Fidelity, Plaintiff A, L, and M completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 24, 1995 due to the restoration of the true registration name on June 11, 1993 with respect to each of the land of this case 3160/2030 shares.

B.
