A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around May 27, 2013, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath at the Seoul Southern District Court 308, Seoul Southern District Court 308, which is located in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul New Month, as a witness for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) against Defendant C.
