Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A is a person who operates “E” in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.
On May 10, 2018, the Defendant would pay KRW 18,880,00 (in addition, KRW 1.880,000,00) to the travel goods “(including the king air ticket, lodging expenses, etc.) with the victim’s family members, including the victim, 13, from August 7, 2018 to August 11, 2018, the victim’s family members, including the victim, from “G” office located in the Cheongju-siF, Cheongju-si.

Defendant A’s sole crime committed on September 2016, 201: (a) Defendant A purchased an airline ticket, hotel accommodation ticket, and a large volume of hotel accommodation ticket to Defendant K for the first time; and (b) made a high profit by selling it to those who did not seek an airline ticket or accommodation ticket during the annual leave.
B. The amount of monthly investment to 2-4.5% of the amount of every month by making a profit through this method.
