Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.

On February 18, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.197% on blood alcohol level at around 13:13, and led to the entrance entrance of the Daejeon Seosung-gu Seoul apartment Dadong Underground Parking Lot at the entrance and exit in the parking lot to drive the said car at an aesthetic speed.

Since there is a center line of yellow-ray, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is obliged to operate the motor vehicle thoroughly and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and her face while driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it is difficult to drive a car normally, such as a red and small rain, received the full left-hand part of the Fchip car driven by the victim E (hereinafter referred to as 42 years old) who entered an underground parking lot in the opposite part beyond the central line and entered the opposite part into the underground parking lot.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim, such as salt dump, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. On the same date and time as the above Paragraph 1, the Defendant driven a rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.197% in the section of about 50 meters from the Daejeon E-dong Underground Parking Lot to the entrance to the same apartment underground parking lot.
