Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On May 2, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi on May 17:5, 2015, and led to the four-lane road in front of the intersection of the new village street in the Ypoposi-si of Sinpo City along the two-lanes from the opposite elementary school to the luminous industrial company.

Since there is a large distance crossing with the signal apparatus, there was a duty to safely drive the vehicle to prevent the accident in advance by driving the vehicle in accordance with the signals.
