1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,596,553 and KRW 128,465 among the Plaintiff’s KRW 24% per annum from September 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, and 25.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

If so, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff 40,596,53 won and 128,465 won per annum from September 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, 24% per annum for KRW 25,00,00 per annum for KRW 18% per annum from September 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, and 11,436,29 won per annum for KRW 24.9% per annum from September 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
