A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant of the 2015 Highest 2860 [2015 Highest 2860] is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of members B and C in Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-si.

No one shall engage in sexual traffic or arrange to engage in sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.

Nevertheless, around July 15:30 on July 6, 2015, the Defendant received 120,000 won per customer from D and E as the price for commercial sex acts, and provided guidance to each customer, and then, F and G, a female employee, had F and G engage in sexual intercourse with customers after they go to the above smuggling, and arranged commercial sex acts from June 15, 2015 to July 6, 2015.

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of “C” from the members B and the second floor in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-si.

No one shall engage in sexual traffic or arrange to engage in sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.

Nevertheless, at around 22:40 on September 30, 2015, the Defendant received 120,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts from customers at the above “C” business establishment and gave guidance to the customer as a smuggling, and then, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having F, a female employee, engage in a sexual intercourse with customers after going through the smuggling.
