Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2013, at around 10:20, the Defendant, while driving a taxi on the road near the 208 Sinung-dong 208 Sinung-dong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, and changed the lane to the right side and used the vehicle back to the right side, and the victim C, who was driving a vehicle, changed the lane to the right side of the vehicle, used the vehicle to stop in the next direction, and assaulted the victim's head debt.
